- I have always been overweight. The summer of 2007 I decided to change my life. I ate less and moved more. Over a period of about a year I lost about 130 lbs. The very beginning of my journey is chronicled at another blog where I went from Fat to 5k. After that I went in pursuit of a half marathon which is where this blog began. Having conquered those goals I find myself still running with a few extra pounds.
